Founded by Elaine Lopez Gill who along with her family has over 25 years of property management experience, CPMG is dedicated to expanding homeownership opportunities in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and creating opportunities for small businesses to provide subcontracting services in the management of HUD-owned homes in the Caribbean.
