 Atlantic Alliance of Asset Managers, HUD’s Management and Marketing Contractor for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean shall conduct a training session at the local HUD Conference Room. Space is limited; therefore kindly contact our office at 787-300-2194 by May 20^th to reserve a space.

Discussion will center on the process and procedure associated with making an offer for a HUD property listed in Bidselect. The Marketing Manager and Specialist shall take general question at the end of the session as well as specific questions on new Asset Management contract provisions impact of RESPA relative to advanced receipt of HUD-1 and RESPA documents, current status of HUD’s RESPA Department in Washington as to its ruling on application of RESPA to Government Bank and Retirement Systems in Puerto Rico, information on initial NAID application and maintenance of NAID throughout transition from Atlantic Alliance as M&M contractor to several new Asset Managers (AM).
